Hello.

My name is Darryl Ng.

I am a Principal Engineer (Data & AI) at Rome2Rio. I work on data foundations people can trust: metrics, a semantic layer, data quality and governance, and production AI agents built on them. I spoke at Data & AI Architecture Melbourne 2026 on operationalising AI agents, and I co-founded Navarch Technologies, a SaaS platform for mining producers. I love solving problems and picturing a simpler future, though I sometimes ask for too much. Essentialism, optimism and self-awareness, with Nietzsche in the mix, still guide how I decide. Interests include computer science, technology, design, finance, business strategy, economics and behavioural studies. I learn piano, work out and play golf in my down time.
